Download both Low Resolution & High Resolution photos of Tommy here. Due to recent changes at Google, photos on the Internet are now stored as ".WEBP" files. My photo gallery (this page) will show the photos as a ".webp" when they're being right-click and downloaded , BUT the extension can also be changed to ".jpg" instead on the user's end to convert this and use the image as a JPEG instead.
